Set into the pavement outside Raseiniai Hospital, this bronze plaque by artist Eglė Pauzė commemorates the COVID-19 pandemic that reached Raseiniai in 2020, when a mobile testing point operated in the nearby parking area and the district became the first of Lithuania's 60 municipalities to declare a localized quarantine that September.
