This recreation and sensory space sits in Brocēni's Mežaparks (forest park) on the shore of Lake Ciecere, in Cieceres parish, Saldus municipality. It began in 2021 as an experimental installation designed by the "Ideju spēks" (Power of Ideas) team, developed through the EU-funded URBACT iPlace program and a Saldus municipality ideas hackathon. Over four consecutive summer weekends it operated with a small mooring for the boat "Zezer," a bathing area, seating, evening music and dining, and daytime family activities. Saldus municipality has since described plans to develop the site into a permanent public recreation zone on the lake.
