Organized recreation area in the Utena district, by the shore of the Utena pond (Klovinių dam). There are gazebos, a changing cabin, convenient access to the water for swimming and an outdoor toilet. The place is free, there is convenient parking nearby, and it is a favorite place for summer weekend picnics.
