The section of the Šešupė river near Kudirka Naumiestis offers excellent outdoor fishing spots from the picturesque river bank. In the river, fishermen usually catch shad, tench, pike and plenty of roach. The coast is easily accessible and suitable for quiet outdoor recreation by the water.
