The first mound of Šereitlapias (also called Milžinkapiu) is located in Pagėgiai municipality, Rambynos regional park, on the right bank of the Šventoji stream. The mound is well-maintained, equipped with wooden stairs and information stands, and from its top there is an impressive view of the plains of the lower Nemunas. According to legends, a powerful castle of the Skalvi tribe once stood in these places.
